This harvest
After the first harvest the hives moved down to the coast, where the eucalyptus flowers. A distinctive honey with an intense, botanical aroma and a rich, full flavour, marked by subtle notes of eucalyptus and a dark amber colour. Its natural composition can make it crystallise relatively quickly; crystallisation is entirely normal and a hallmark of pure honey.
